FAQ & COMMISSION RULES
WILL DRAW / WON'T DRAW
👍 Will Draw:
• Original Characters (Must provide image references or moodboards)
• Fanart (Characters and existing armor/mech designs)
• Humans and stylized humanoids (Animal ears, tails, horns)
• Mythical creatures and monsters
• Portraits of real people (Non-hateful)
• Dark, spooky, or macabre themes (No gore)
• Partial nudity / suggestive art (Non-NSFW)
• Backgrounds (Simple to full renders)
• Fictional religious or political themes
👎 Won't Draw:
• No text-only descriptions for custom OCs
• NSFW, fetish art, or explicit adult content
• Full animals or furries
• Gore and body horror
• Real-world politics and religions
• Custom mech suits, complex architecture, or custom armor
• Extremely complex hair or clothing on custom OCs
• Full rendering-style lighting (I specialize in gradients and block shading)
• Heavy realism
• Copying other artists' distinct styles (Simple styles are fine)
1. GENERAL & PAYMENT
💳 Payment Schedule: 50% of the full payment is required upfront before sketching starts. The remaining 50% is paid after the watermarked version is approved, prior to receiving the unwatermarked files.
🚫 Right to Refuse: I reserve the right to decline any request that makes me uncomfortable or falls outside my skill set.
2. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
👤 Client Cancellation: Full refund if canceled before sketching. 50% partial refund if canceled during the sketch phase. No refunds once final rendering/animation begins.
🎨 Artist Cancellation: 100% full refund if I am unable to complete your commission.
3. USAGE & COPYRIGHT
🔒 Personal Use: Standard commissions are for personal use only (profile pictures, wallpapers, non-commercial streams). No resale or profit use without a commercial license.
📢 Commercial Use: Game-ready loops or commercial projects allow for commercial use with mandatory credit.
© Artist Rights: I retain copyright and reserve the right to post finished pieces on social media/portfolio unless a private commission is requested beforehand.

THE DESIGN ADD-ONS
• Existing Design: Standard base price (References required).
• Custom Design: Building a character from scratch via Descriptions, References, and/or Mood Boards (includes up to 2 initial concept sketches). Additional concept sketches cost 5€ each.

2. FULL ILLUSTRATIONS (WITH BACKGROUND)
Prices are calculated in addition to the character base costs.
SIMPLE ILLUSTRATION
+5€ EXTRA
Simple pose that has simple/flat perspective with a simple/minimalist background.
Expect: Simple gradient, abstract shapes, some simple props.
DYNAMIC ILLUSTRATION
+10€ EXTRA
Dynamic pose that has dynamic perspective with a medium complex background and environmental details.
Expect: Full interiors/exteriors of buildings, small nature scenes, medium props.
3. ANIMATION OPTIONS
Prices are calculated in addition to the character base costs.
SHORT & SIMPLE LOOP
+10€ EXTRA
Basic, lightweight movement (e.g., single action like blinking, hair/clothing sway, simple emote, breathing cycle, idling).
Max 5 seconds.
MEDIUM & COMPLEX
+30€ EXTRA
Intricate movement, two secondary actions, lip-syncing, or detailed scene animation.
Max 30 seconds. Can include background interactions.
GAME-READY CHARACTER LOOPS
25€ PER STATE
Includes sprite sheets. Commercial use allowed with mandatory credits.
4. REVISIONS, EXTRAS & ADD-ONS
REVISIONS POLICY
• Major Revisions: Pose changes, redrawing anatomy, altering clothing design, or changing background structure.
- 2 free major revisions included during sketch phase.
After sketch phase approval:
10€ EXTRA / MAJOR REVISION
• Minor Revisions: Color adjustments, tiny accessory tweaks, slight expression shifts.
- 3 free minor revisions included after sketch approval.
